Anyone out there?...

I know that you guys have probably given up on ole' gr8showersinger and while I did for a while (can you say just about 4 sad months), I am back for sure now. Why you say? Because....quite frankly, I miss writing. I am not in school-school right now, so I don't have an outlet to get my creative juices flowing....I'm in AF school, which get's me going...just not always in the creative direction I want. So, once again friends, I'm back. Fo-SHO!

As you can imagine, quite a bit has gone since I last wrote, and quite frankly I probably can't remember it all so I won't even try. But one of the things I am most excited about is that I got a new car! That's right! Her name is Coco and she is a beaut! She's a 2010 MINI Cooper S Clubman! She's awesome. She has accompanied me many places, but most recently, to my trip to ALA-BAMA! While she is enjoying the warmer weather, she misses me taking her out as often as I did while we were back home. I told her that school is taking precedence right now, but that the weekends are all hers!

Anyhoo...I have to get to doing some homework because I have three tests tomorrow, and a speech on Wednesday....so I need to get crackin. But I missed my sweet little blog so much and am hoping that she forgives me once again for neglecting her yet again!

Forgive me will ya?...

Before I sign off, I wanna leave you with a few words. Someone asked me recently what my favorite song was and I told them that I didn't know....there are so many songs that have various meanings for me and hit me one way while others hit me in another. SO...while this song is not my all time favorite, I absolutely love the lyrics because the message is so beautiful and self-less. So here are some of the lyrics to "I Wish You Love!"

I wish you bluebirds in the spring, to give your heart a song to sing
And then a kiss, but more than this...I wish you LOVE

And in July, a lemonade to cool you in some leafy grade
I wish you health, but more than wealth, I wish you LOVE

I wish you shelter from the storm, A cozy fire to keep you warm
But most of all when snowflakes fall, I wish you LOVE

I wish you LOVE...

I wish you LOVE...

I really wish you LOVE!

Thanks for stopping by....

Keisha

Jamie (John just told me to tell you and Jason Hi)

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
