Everybody....meet Ella:)

Here is the newest addition to the Goodin crew...Ella Christine Gwin Goodin!! She has been a hand full so far....I had to kick her out of our room:( but she has also been super fun! She really makes Ernie look like a GIANT! He actually has swatted her a few times when she's gotten on his nerves....and each time, she immediately 'surrendered' by fallling to her back basically saying 'Please don't eat me oh wise one!' I got a couple of cute pics after taking about one hundred of them which all turned out blurry since she's forever moving...She and Ernie have sort of become good pals over the last three days....I hope that they are evetually inseperable. We always feel so bad when we have to leave Ernie all by himself. Now he will have a playmate.
This week sure is flying by. I can't believe tomorrow is Thursday already, but that's what happens when you have 3 or 4 day weekend. I wish we had them more often! This Saturday is going to be my PEAK run for my marathon training. 22 miles baby!! Holy cow! My race is in less than 3 weeks and I'm super excited, and nervous. I am going to get to see some of my old co-workers that I was stationed with in Germany. My buddy Julia is going to run in the 10K race...good luck Julia, and I can't wait to see you!

Well I'm gonna sign off for now so that I can get ready for bed. Talk to you soon!
Thanks for stopping by:)

Great pictures of the baby! I just love the black and white shots. Good luck this weekend, seriously you rock!

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
